It is only a few minutes walk to the train station Mitte and the train station Ost of the historic train station Molli. Numerous shops, pharmacy and various doctors are within less than 500m. 

The promenade, the pier and the fine sandy beach are about 800m. This can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot and less than 5 minutes by bike.
