The Villa Antje is a modern and high-quality construction and is located in the center of Göhren. The villa is built in 2013 with a total of 15 apartments. It adapts perfectly to the usual spa style of Ostseebad Göhren. The apartment is 7 for 2 - 4 people and has a balcony (south / west). The Villa Antje is located in a quiet side street and despite everything in a few minutes directly in the center where you will find various shops, restaurants and cafes. The stunning sandy beach with pier is about 10 minutes. The unspoilt south beach is an ideal starting point for looking strandgut or just to enjoy the peace and quiet.

The 60 sqm comfortable and modern Non smoking apartment has a granite floor and underfloor heating and is located in the 1st. Floor. The apartment is easily accessible by the lift from the underground garage. The apartment has a balcony with a southwest exposure and a cozy seating (chairs and table). In the living area, a seating area invites you to linger. A full-HD flat screen, Blu-Ray / DVD player, sound system and Wi-Fi (inclusive) ensure a pleasant stay. The open kitchen has a high quality ceramic hob with hood, separate oven, microwave with grill, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and of course various kitchen utensils. The dining area for 4 people with extendable table completes the picture. The two bedrooms are equipped with box spring beds (1.60 mx 2.00 m & 1.80 mx 2.00 m). Also, both have a full HD flat screen, a silent servant, two bedside tables, insect screens and a wardrobe. The modern shower room with toilet has a heated towel rail and a hair dryer. For our younger guests 1x high chair is included. The underground parking space no. 7, headroom 2 meters, is available free of charge. The property has a bicycle storage room located in the borrowed or own bikes can be parked safely. For a fee you can use a washer and dryer in the house. Additionally located in the apartment a clotheshorse, ironing board and iron. Pets not allowed !! (People with pet allergy before booking the apartment contact the owner). The initial equipment of a linen package (complete bed linen, 1 towel, 2 small towels) you can book up to 14 days before arrival for an additional charge or supplement by your own. For packages booked for 2 or more you will receive 1 dish towel and 1 shower mat once.

Arrivals are possible from 16:00 to 19:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.
