The "House Burgenland 2" in the transverse gate 11 is one of our two cottages in Mönchhof. The 80m² comprehensive, just newly opened shed (Mai 2016) was built in the 1950s in typical Burgenland Construction: A closed frontage with a large gate through which one passes through the one-storey house in a walled courtyard. When complete renovation, care was taken to preserve the original character and to emphasize, but also incorporate any desirable modern comforts.
It has an entrance hall, two bedrooms (air-conditioned), a kitchen-living room and a bathroom with sink and shower. The entire house is DIN standard barrier-free with respect to passage widths and levels of freedom. A barrier-free toilet and shower are in the bathroom, a normal toilet with sink in a separate room. In the kitchen there is a way entry kitchenette.
Wifi and three flat screens with satellite connection, of course. A small crime library completes the entertainment.
The secluded, quiet courtyard with veranda, with a covered, 30m² large terrace and the small atrium garden with barbecue and fountains offers due to its sheltered position not only in the summer an additional outdoor living space. When lying quietly bubbling fountain to read and to dream is probably the epitome of relaxation. Here you can let your mind wander.
