The newly opened from July 2017 residence is high quality and modern. In an optimal location you will experience holidays of the highest standard. On 56 sqm can sleep up to four people. There is a separate bedroom and a sofa bed in the living area. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary.

The apartments in Warnemünde are true residences. They are located on the church square and the heart of the old town. The house is renovated and the residences are furnished very exclusive and with great attention to detail.    From here, they are quickly passed through the Warnemünder spa promenade or on the beach of the Baltic Sea. For a promenade along the Alter Strom Warnemünde is also just a few minutes walk. Right on the church square and in the side streets there are lovely cafes where you can make breakfast. And the restaurants Alter Strom offer from fish to Bohemian dumplings a wide variety of dishes.   Parking can be booked at the landlord at least 1 week prior to arrival. The parking fee is z. Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 18:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.
