The apartment is about 46 m² and consists of a bedroom with double bed and a single bed, a living room with sofa bed and a separate kitchen with 2 hotplates, refrigerator, coffee maker, shower / toilet, parking space, barbecue, equipment: radio, TV , WiFi, bed linen and towels, outdoor seating with barbecue, pets on request. Parking is available on site. On request there is the possibility to book another bedroom. This is equipped with 2 sofa beds, a table, 2 chairs, wardrobe and small fridge. The cost is 15 € per person per night.

The accommodations are located on the upper floor of a detached house in a central location. Good starting point for hiking and cycling in the national park Jasmund. Distance to the sandy beach 6 km, to the ferry port 4 km, to the railway station / RPNV 0,5 km, shopping nearby. Sassnitz is a "state-approved resort" and therefore Kurabgabepflichtig.

Arrivals are possible from 16:00 to 19:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.
