The apartment is located in the house "The Island" in the 2. Floor (with elevator) and is only 150 m from the beach. The east-facing balcony is furnished and equipped with an awning. The apartment is completely renovated, with high quality laminate flooring and also suitable for allergy sufferers. It has a double bed in the living area and a separate children's room.
