The holiday apartment is located in a terraced house built in 1990, was renovated in 2015, and is furnished in the typical local style. The property is also popular due to the view of the sea and the sunny hillside location. Available for shared use: barbecue facilities.

Crikvenica. The holiday flat is located on a 600 sqm enclosed garden plot with shrubs, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Holiday apartments KVA CRI 020 and 021 (each for 4 people), KVA CRI 022 (6 people) and KVA CRI 023 (5 people) are located in the same house. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 6 cars) on the property. Private parking for 2 cars in front of the house.

All pools are available for your shared use. Outdoor pool (operational from early May to early October, 3.5 m x 7.5 m, 1.5 m deep).

Kitchenette in the live-in kitchen with electric cooker (ceramic hob, 2 rings), oven, extractor hood, fridge (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and hairdryer.
