The sunny 2-room apartment (approx. 45 sqm, ideal for 2 adults) is located in the well-kept apartment complex Haus Atlantic, right in the center of the village and yet in a very quiet location directly at the spa gardens. Shops for daily needs are only 30 meters away. Restaurants and various shops are in the adjacent pedestrian zone. In just 8 minutes you can reach the beach and the beautiful spa promenade.
The apartment with balcony is on the 3rd Floor and is easily accessible by elevator. The entire living area and the bedroom is allergy-friendly with a design covering in wood look and exudes a cozy atmosphere. The living room with cable TV, CD radio and dining area with integrated kitchen is furnished with great attention to detail. A comfortable sofa bed that can be pulled out offers another 2 sleeping options for our guests. The fitted kitchen has a 4 - plate ceramic hob and oven, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, microwave, kettle, toaster and mixer.
The separate bedroom is equipped with a box spring bed (180x200) and a large wardrobe. On request, we can provide you with an existing new baby travel bed (Hauck).
The apartment has a bright shower room, a hairdryer is available. On the furnished tiled balcony you can enjoy the sun from midday until late in the evening.
A separate car parking space is in front of the house. The bicycle cellar can also be used for bicycles brought along. A washing machine and dryer for general use are available for your laundry. (Coins)

The costs for heating, water, electricity and parking space are already included in the rental price.
