The apartment is located on the 1st floor absolutely centrally in Braunlage. Hiking trails, cross-country trails, mountain bike trails are within 5 minutes. The gondola lift to Wurmberg (971m) and the ice stadium. Monster scooter and mountain bike rentals are centrally located in Braunlage.
All important shops (bakeries, butchers, Edeka, Aldi, Penny) as well as restaurants, bars, disco's are also directly accessible.

The apartment was completely renovated in the Hampton style.
The bedroom has a double bed with a wardrobe.
The living room was modernly furnished with white furniture (sofa bed for 2 people, wing chair, dining table with 4 chairs, display cabinet and shelf, TV bench). Flat screen TV, radio and DVD player are a matter of course. The walls have been painted gray.
The modern fitted kitchen is equipped with everything that makes a pleasant and comfortable vacation possible.
On the south-facing balcony there is 1 table with 2 chairs.
The apartment was designed with high quality laminate; a dark carpet was laid in the bedroom.
The bathroom with toilet is equipped with a large walk-in shower.
A ski cellar is available on the ground floor for winter sports enthusiasts; Bicycles brought along can be stored in a lockable bicycle cellar.
