Puchet is a beautiful two-bedroom holiday home in Ibizan style with a magnificent private pool and a well-maintained Mediterranean garden. Puchet is located in a quiet residential area, just 200 meters from the small sandy cove of Cala Serena, north of Cala D'Or.

The spacious villa is built on two floors. The ground floor features a large open-plan living and dining room with a conservatory, the kitchen, and a guest toilet. TV with German channels only. Upstairs are the two double bedrooms, each with an en-suite shower room.

Air conditioning in the bedrooms with limited and fixed usage times:

2 PM - 4 PM / 9 PM - 8 AM

The legally mandated eco-tax is not included in the nightly rate.

The outdoor area is spacious and very well-maintained. The beautiful 12 x 7 meter pool is surrounded by palm trees and lawns. There is an outdoor shower. At the back of the house, there is a shaded pavilion with another dining table and a Weber kettle grill for your cozy barbecue evenings.
