Villa

Away from mass tourism, the idyllic villa lies in absolute tranquility between the Hilarion mountain range and the Mediterranean. The German owners created this house with a lot of love in a Mediterranean style. A gem for real vacation and relaxation, far from the noise and stress of everyday life. You will feel comfortable here! The large, carefully landscaped garden with the old cypress trees and the pool makes the villa an ideal vacation home between April and October. Numerous terraces around the house offer sunny or shady places for any time of the day.

You enter the villa from the east and come through the entrance area into the large living room with an open fireplace. There are sliding doors to the terraces on all sides, the generous glazing allows interior and exterior spaces to merge. Behind the dining area there is a fully equipped kitchen with access to the south-facing terrace with a barbecue area and a typical wood stove.

On the ground floor there are also two bedrooms with separate bathrooms. The large bedroom has a double bed, the bathroom with tub, bidet and toilet. The smaller bedroom has a French bed, the bathroom with shower and toilet. Both bedrooms have an exit to the garden.

On the upper floor, which is accessible via an external staircase, there is another terrace with a wonderful view as well as the studio with a French bed, kitchenette and bathroom with shower and toilet.

All terraces have tables with chairs. There are sun loungers and parasols around the 4x8m pool. Pool and garden are maintained weekly. The living room is equipped with WiFi and satellite TV (Astra) and an open fireplace. The kitchen has a gas stove and electric oven, a large refrigerator, a dishwasher and equipment for gourmets who like to cook. An additional, smaller refrigerator and a washing machine are located in the adjacent pantry.
