The spacious town house 'Chorlito' is located in the historic fishing district of Conil, at the top of the beautiful stair district. The location is very quiet.

The house has been completely renovated and renovated. The new facility is very modern.

The house has two roof terraces that captivate with their breathtaking views over the town and the Atlantic Ocean and invite you to sunbathe. The main terrace is equipped with sun loungers, awnings and a dining area. There is also a nice outdoor shower to cool off over the roofs of Conil.

On the ground floor there is the entrance with a cloakroom, as well as the two bedrooms, each with a very modern bathroom (rainforest shower) "en suite".
The open kitchen and the living and dining area with sea views and another toilet are on the first floor. From the French balcony you have a beautiful view of the alley in the stair district.
Both bedrooms, as well as the living and dining area are equipped with air conditioning.
In the living room you will find a 40 'TV with SAT and DVB-T (German & Spanish), a Blu-Ray player and Dolby Surround system with Bluetooth function.
On the second floor there is also a comfortable seating area with a panoramic view.
The two floors are connected by open stairs.
Free high-speed WiFi (fiber optic cable) is available in the house.
The beach is about 300 m away.
