There are two separate studio flats on the ground floor with direct access to the terrace. An external staircase leads to the upper floor flat with two bedrooms, kitchen, living room and covered terrace with partial views of the sea. A covered pergola and a rustic tavern are available for socialising. You can enjoy a refreshing dip in the pool in the fenced garden. There are hiking and cycling trails nearby, and you can reach the nearest beaches in Volosko, Opatija, Iii and the idyllic beach promenade, which is around 12 km long, by car.
