Crikvenica. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. This cosy family house is located in the town centre of Crikvenica. Thanks to its central location, everything you need for a successful holiday is nearby. Just 100 metres from the holiday home you will find the central market where you can buy fresh vegetables, fresh fish, etc. every day. Shops, cafés, restaurants as well as all sights are also in the immediate vicinity. Parking (for 1 car) on the property. On the day of arrival, the landlord will reserve a parking space in the public car park and it is included. For multiple vehicles, a weekly ticket can be ordered for a fee. This weekly ticket costs €6.00 per day.

Kitchenette in the living room with dining area (4 places), gas hob (4 burners), oven, dishwasher, fridge (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
2nd floor: Bedroom with 2 single beds. Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 additional bed on bed (smaller 2.00 x 0.90 m).
Attic: Bedroom with 1 double bed and TV.
