Friedensstraße is a small street in the district of Graal. The road ends at the coastal forest, where the property is located. Only about 100 meters from the property is the famous Rhododendron Park. Shops, restaurants and cafes can be found in the Kurstraße which is about 300 meters away from your accommodation. On the green courtyard there is a bank and a slide and a Tic Tac Toe game. The Graal-Müritz is located between Rostock and the peninsula Darss-Zingst. The village stretches for 5 km on the Baltic Sea and is almost completely surrounded by the forest area Rostocker Heide. In Graal-Müritz live about 4000 inhabitants. The village offers various shops. Sights are u. a. the 350m long pier, the 4.5 ha rhododendron park, the local museum, the old Büdner houses, the Graal-Müritz church with its 26 m high tower or the Ribnitzer Hochmoor.

This apartment is located on the 2nd floor in the house Windrose. Haus Windrose has an elevator, an underground car park, a shared bicycle cellar and a laundromat and a coin dryer in the basement. In the courtyard is a small lawn with a small playground (Tic Tac Toe game in large format and a slide). The playground can be seen from the apartment from the balcony, bedroom and living room. All windows of the apartment go to the courtyard side, no window is aligned to the street side. The living room has two couches, a chair and a flat screen TV.
