Private vacation home

This approximately 80 sqm holiday home was completely renovated in 2008 and newly furnished among other things, laminate was used as a floor covering. You live alone on a property surrounded by hedges. The large and bright living room has a large couch, an armchair, a small music system, a TV and a stove and a dining area with dining table and 6 dining chairs. In the fully equipped kitchen you will find, among other things, a fridge-freezer, an oven, a stove with 4 ceramic hobs, a microwave, a coffee machine and a kettle. The tiled bathroom with window has a toilet, a whirlpool tub and a shower. Against cold feet there is a floor heating. In the one bedroom is a large double bed and a wardrobe. In the other bedroom are two extendable tandem beds (= 4 beds) and a wardrobe. In the small utility room there is a washing machine. The courtyard has a paved terrace and a grill oven. Two parking spaces are available on the property.

The cottages are located in the small complex "Green angle" in Müritz east of Graal-Müritz. The beach is reached quickly via the beach road. In the settlement there are small cottages and bungalows. All Obejekte stand on their own land.  The Graal-Müritz is located between Rostock and the peninsula Darss-Zingst. The site extends for 5 km to the Baltic Sea and is almost completely surrounded by the forest area "Rostock heath". In Graal-Müritz live about 4000 inhabitants. The village offers various shops. Attractions are u. A. The 350m long pier, the 4.5 hectare rhododendron park, the local museum, the old Büdnerhäuser, the Graal-Müritz church with its 26 m high tower or Ribnitzer bog.
