You can relax in a beautifully decorated 3-room apartment of about 53 sqm size, the ground floor. The living room is equipped with kitchenette (2-plate hob, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster) dining table with 4 chairs and TV. A west-facing balcony from the living room and another balcony from the second bedroom accessible. A bedroom with double bed and TV, a bedroom with a bunk bed and a bathroom with shower and toilet complete the overall picture of this apartment. Per person you have a laundry package as original equipment available. Non smoking. A parking space is available.

The villa "Bernstein" was built in 1999 in the traditional style of the resort architecture and is located in the district West of the Baltic Sea resort Kühlungsborn in the immediate vicinity of the stop of the historic train Molli. In the immediate vicinity are dining and shopping facilities. The fine sandy beach is about 700 m. The fresh bread rolls for breakfast can be ordered from one of the numerous bakeries in the area.

All apartments have a parking space and (except for Whg. 01) also has a balcony or terrace. Our guests have a sauna available for a fee. Bicycle storage in the object.
