The house is located on the property of the lessor in a quiet suburban location of Sassnitz. Good starting point for hiking and cycling in the national park Jasmund. Shopping nearby. Distance to the sandy beach 6 km, to the ferry port 5 km, to the train station / VVR 0,5 km. Sassnitz is a "state-approved recreation" and therefore kurabgabepflichtig.
