The house is located on the property of the lessor in a quiet suburban location of Sassnitz. Good starting point for hiking and cycling in the national park Jasmund. Shopping nearby. From the sand beach 6km, to the ferry port 4 km, to the railway station / RPNV 0.8 km. Sassnitz is a "state-approved resort" and therefore Kurabgabepflichtig.

The house is about 60 square meters and has 1 bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a comfortable seating area, TV, radio, a dining room and a small separate kitchen. Shower / WC, terrace with sun furniture, parking space, max. Dogs (knee-high) are welcome. You should also get along well with cats. For the extra bed is a guest bed available. A cot is available free of charge on request. Freezer available. Anglers welcome. Bicycles can be rented.

Arrivals are possible from 14:00 to 18:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.
