Villa Lena is located in the Wilhelmstrasse, which is marked with magnificent houses from the time of origin of the resort architecture. You drive with your car directly at the apartment belonging parking space in the garage and take the lift almost directly into the apartment. A separate bicycle shelter can be reached on the background piece by a small footpath.

The newly furnished Non smoking apartment in 1. First floor for max. 2 to 4 adults is about 45sqm in size and consists of a living room with a folding couch (1,55m x 2,00m) which can be converted into a sleeping place in a few simple steps, a full HD LCD TV with cable, home cinema system and free Wi-Fi Connection. The master bedroom has a double bed (2x0,90m x 2.00m) with bedside cabinets and a large wardrobe with sliding doors. The corresponding seating in the balcony, looking southwest, invites you to linger. A fully equipped kitchenette with oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle and various cooking utensils and seating for 4 people is available. The bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and towel radiator completes the plumbing. All rooms have floor heating. The underground parking space (No. 09), double parker, is suitable for a car up to 1.80 m height and a length up to 5.00 m (weight up to 2 tons). The property is located about 3 minutes from the sea and the pier !!!! The shopping and Promeniermeile (Wilhelmstrasse) is right in front of their door. A washer and dryer can be used in the basement at extra cost. A separate bicycle shelter can be reached on the background track through a small footpath. The initial equipment of a linen package (complete bed linen, 1 towel, 2 small towels) you can book up to 14 days before arrival for an additional charge or supplement by your own. For packages booked for 2 or more you will receive 1 dish towel and 1 shower mat once. Pets are not allowed.

Arrivals are possible from 16:00 to 19:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.
