The stylish and with great attention to detail furnished apartment 4 in the new Villa Hansa is located on the first floor of this beautiful style villa, in a quiet and central location of Binz. The Villa Hansa combines all the stylistic features of the resort architecture and at the same time represents a modern and contemporary building dar. The beautiful apartment 4 has two double bedrooms, each with a double bed and flat screen TV, also there are two bathrooms (one tub / toilet and one Shower / WC) with romantic angel wall decor. The modern living / dining area is equipped with a comfortable sofa, consisting of a couch and 2 armchairs and has a flat-screen TV, CD radio and DVD player. The integrated dining area consists of a high table with bar stools. The Moroccan style tiled, integrated in the living room kitchen is certainly a special gem in this charming apartment. Of course, the kitchenette has a complete equipment with ceramic hob, oven and dishwasher. Furthermore, in the living room is a desk space with Internet access cable or WiFi (free) available. On the chic furnished balcony in front of the living room, the guest enjoys on one side the view of the Granitz and on the other side the view of the Alleen-Sackgasse, which leads to the pedestrian zone of Binz. Another morning sun balcony is located in front of the master bedroom. Within the Villa Hansa there is a communal sauna (Münzautomat) and a communal laundry room (Münzautomat). An associated parking space can be rented with, to 8.50 Euro / day. for a fee: highchair, Babyreisebett1 dog is by prior notification a welcome guest. We charge a fee of 10, - € / day. Dogs are welcome, but please understand that dogs are not allowed in / on the beds or on the furniture. Holiday in this apartment is vacation in a very special and unforgettable environment. In the Villa Hansa there are seven apartments.  The stylish apartment has two double bedrooms each with a double bed, from one bedroom you have direct access to the bathroom with bathtub and there is another small shower room. The spacious living-dining area with integrated open kitchen impresses with its continuous window front overlooking the trees of the small Alleestraße.��Of course, the guest has a flat-screen TV, a DVD player and a CD player available. The picturesque kitchen area is open to the living area and allows, especially on holiday very popular, communicative living for all guests. An elegant dining area with high table and 6 high chairs is also integrated into this open living concept and invites the guest once more to the real holiday-enjoyment in this apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped and of course has all modern appliances, such as electric stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, etc ... The apartment has 2 chic balconies. One is adjacent to the living area, the second balcony is accessible from the main bedroom. Enjoy both balconies and let your gaze wander across the Alleestraße and enjoy your vacation in this dreamlike ambiance in the style of the spa.
