The lovingly furnished 2-room apartment is a Non smoking apartment and offers enough space for 2 to 4 people. The living area comprises approx. 45 m². The combined living-dining area is equipped with a fully equipped kitchenette that includes a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, 4-burner stove, oven, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, various cooking utensils and a dining table with 4 chairs. Adjacent offers the living area a sofa corner (extra bed for 3-4. Person) with chairs, coffee table and a sideboard with LED flat-screen TV (81 cm diagonal), video / DVD player and radio. From the living area you reach the approx. 10 m² furnished and covered balcony. From here you have a sea view, where you can end your day with a glass of wine. The bathroom can be reached through the hallway where a shower, toilet and a vanity complete the whole. The separate bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and Nachtischkonsolen.
