From the living room you reach the approx. 9 m² large balcony in the direction of the west and can enjoy the sun from late morning until the evening hours. The living room is equipped with kitchenette (stove with oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee machine), comfortable. Couch set, dining area, radio and TV.
