Highlight on the Bansiner beach promenade - highest holiday comfort in a perfect top location In the best location of the famous seaside resort is the 2005 dune residence. Two of the three buildings are directly parallel to the beach promenade - the third house is oriented to the mountain road and offers lovely views to the idyllic Schloonsee. The small garden in the courtyard of the ensemble has been equipped with a fountain made of granite blocks. Underground parking, bicycle storage facilities, a washing machine and a dryer are available in the basement. Since we are partners of the Baltic Sea spa, the golf hotel Balmer See and the Baltic Hills Golf Resort, you will receive a 30% discount on the green fee in the golf clubs and until 31.  August 2019 a discount on the regular entrance fees with each visit to the spa in the seaside resort Ahlbeck. From September 2019 you will receive the discount in the Ostsee-Therme with presentation of the spa card of the Kaiserbäder (KaiserbäderCard).

Are you looking for something special? We present you an exclusive dream home that can fulfill all your holiday wishes. This loft apartment - high quality equipped - is divided into a living room, two bedrooms, a well equipped kitchen area, a bathroom with shower and a guest toilet.   From the adjacent roof tower looks out directly on the front of it wide, white sandy beach and enjoy the unobstructed view of the Pomeranian Bay. On the horizon, you can watch the journey of the great vessels. Or you can enjoy the view from the south, large roof terrace - here is also a beach chair for you.   Facilities of this apartment includes two flat screen televisions and a high-quality Bose - stereo. In all rooms radio stations or 200 stored CD's can (classical, div. German and English hits of many vintages, radio plays) may be selected (eg. Eg a thriller before falling asleep !?)   Free Wi-Fi is available during your stay. So you are always up to date or share your holiday pictures with your loved ones at home .. A washing machine is also available.   During season A the following arrangements are possible: stay 14 days - pay 12 days, stay 7 days - pay 6 days.

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 17:00 and departures from 08:00 to 10:00.
