The entire complex is characterized by modern resort architecture with Mediterranean style elements, columns and round arches and a unique water garden landscape, which gave the object the name. The building can be seen from afar through the beautiful dome tower. On cold days, you can warm up in the in-house sauna with relaxation room and outdoor area (surcharge / coin operated). Have you smeared your favorite garment, or did you not have enough change clothes with you? No problem: In a separate laundry room you have a washing machine and dryer against coin insertion available. For the bicycles, a generous bicycle cellar is ready. For each apartment is an underground parking space available. From the underground car park you can reach the apartment directly by elevator. You live in a 54 m² 2-room apartment, which is located on the ground floor. The living room is equipped with sitting area, sofa bed, dining area, 32 flat screen TV, CD stereo with iPod connection and kitchenette (dishwasher, stove with oven, coffee maker, etc.). A bedroom with double bed and the bathroom with shower and toilet complete the overall picture of this apartment. From the living room you reach the southwest terrace with small green space and idyllic views of the Kühlungsborner city forest. Per person a laundry package is available as an initial equipment. W-LAN available. The apartment is an underground parking space with a maximum access height of 1.95 m available, pets are not allowed in the apartment! Sauna, washing machine and dryer can be used for a fee in the house.
