You can relax in a beautifully decorated 2-room apartment of about 52 sqm, located on the second floor. The living room is equipped with kitchenette (2 burner stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster) sofa bed, stereo and TV. From here you can also access to the balcony facing south-east. The bedroom with double bed and spacious wardrobe and the bathroom with shower and toilet complete the overall picture of this apartment. Bed linen and towels are for 15, - € per person rentable - please pre-order!Non smoking apartment! A parking space is available. 

The villa "Bernstein" was lovingly built in 1999 in the style of traditional resort architecture. The property is located in the district west of the beautiful Baltic resort Kühlungsborn near the stop of the historic train Molli. In the immediate vicinity are dining and shopping facilities. The fine sandy beach is about 700 m. The fresh bread rolls for breakfast can be ordered from one of the numerous bakeries in the area.
  All apartments have a parking space and (except for Whg. 01) also has a balcony or terrace. Our guests have their own sauna for a fee. In the house is ebnefals a bicycle storage room.
