The house consists of a spacious room with wooden flooring and affiliated modern, open kitchen with dishwasher, oven with ceramic hob, fridge freezer and toaster, coffee maker etc. The separate bathroom has toilet, shower and sink. The apartment overlooking the lake via the covered terrace and the lawn directly to the lake. Deckchairs and garden furniture available. Private parking on the property. Bed linen and towels are provided. Comfortable Bali sofa bed with Ergoflex rust and Kaltschaummatraze. The minimum rental period is 5 days.
During the heating period, the electricity costs for the heating (night storage heating) are calculated according to consumption with 0.25 € / kWh.
