Large (approx. 89 sqm), nicely furnished non-smoking house for 4 people plus toddler in a quiet cul-de-sac, 100 m from the center, 1000 m from the beach. Particularly child-friendly equipment! On the ground floor there is a large living room with a play area and sun-drenched oriel with dining room. Kitchen with dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven and all necessary electrical appliances. Shower room on the ground floor, bath tub on the upper floor with washing machine. 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and crib, one with 2 single beds. Enough closets in all rooms. Shutters in front of all windows, e.g. T. Fly screens.
The house has a large SW terrace with garden furniture, loungers and parasols. Here you can read, laze around, grill on a Weber grill and let your mind wander.
Toys, parasols, meals etc. can be easily transported to the beach in the free wagon provided.
Including final cleaning and consumption costs. From April 2016, our WiFi connection will be available free of charge.
Towel and bed linen packages can be booked for € 8 each.
A small dog (up to 40 cm shoulder height) is allowed, except in the bedrooms, and is charged once with 40, - €.
