Apartment

Location:
The apartment is centrally located in Friedrichshafen. The city of Friedrichshafen offers very good bus connections to the trade fair (without changing 5 minutes), the bus stop is directly in front of the house, but you can also get there on foot in 20 minutes. You can reach the shore of Lake Constance in 15 minutes on a pedestrian path.

There is a large shopping center with cafes, several restaurants and bars, a bakery that is also open on Sundays, just a 2-minute walk from the apartment. The entertainment options such as bowling, cinema, fitness studio, sun stidio are in the immediate vicinity.

Furnishing:
The apartment has just been completely renovated and is on the 1st floor. The large window makes the apartment very bright. The apartment has a living space of 50 square meters, is complete and functional.

There is a living room with a sofa bed, a double bed and a fitted kitchen, a balcony and a bathroom. The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 4 adults and a baby. The baby cot and high chair are available on request for a fee.
The apartment is furnished with brand new furniture. The kitchen has a stove with ceramic hob and oven, a fridge with freezer, a microwave and a dishwasher. There is also a pad coffee machine (Philips Senseo) as well as a toaster and a kettle.
The tea towels, bath towels, hand towels and bed linen are also available. A flat screen TV. Smoking in the apartment is not permitted.

There is a parking space in a reserved parking space in the courtyard directly at the house. Visitors who bring their own bikes can lock their bikes in a separate basement room. WiFi usage is free.
Upon request, guests can be picked up from the airport or the train station.
