Extremely beautiful and cozy apartment with a spectacular panoramic view of the sea and the beach from all rooms and the adjacent terrace to the Punta Paloma sand dune 10 km away and to the island of Tarifa.
The 2-storey house is tower-like in the third row to the beach in a quiet and best residential area of Tarifa, 1 minute walk to the beach, cafes and restaurants.
Large terrace protected from the east wind. A pool is available in the associated complex in the summer months (July and August).
2 bedrooms, one with double bed and one with either single or double bed, 1 living room with sofa bed and integrated, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, 1 bathroom with shower tub. Air conditioning, heating, internet, towels and bed linen are of course available. The old town can be reached either in 15 minutes through the village or with a 20-minute walk on the beach. Parking spaces are available in front of the house.
