One of the sleeping areas has a walk-in closet and a TV. Furthermore, there is a washing machine for shared use in the basement. On the upper level is the spacious living room with an open kitchen and dining area. There is also a guest toilet with a window. The kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. From the living room you can access the furnished terrace with its own garden. The furniture is very high quality and consists of designer furniture. The whole apartment is equipped with underfloor heating.
