The Baltic Sea beach (approx. 300 m) and the pier can be reached in a few minutes on foot. The town center is approx. 250 m away. The promenade can be enjoyed with a leisurely stroll or a sporty bike ride. Ambitious golfers have two golf courses in the immediate vicinity and eight other golf courses in an area of approx. 25 km.

You live on the first floor on the west side in an apartment that has been furnished in the Long Island style. The kitchen equipment includes up to the smoothie mixer and the espresso machine. The apartment is divided into 1 living and dining room with a design couch at the dining table as well as a comfortable reading armchair and (sleeping) couch in the living area, 2 bedrooms with high-quality and optically attractive box spring beds and a laptop table, 1 bathroom with shower & toilet, 1 further full bath and balcony with garden furniture.
