The second home is located on the ground floor of an apartment complex that was completely modernized in 2015 on 45 square meters. It is located in a quiet district, directly between Timmendorfer Strand and Niendorf / Ostsee.

On the fine sandy Baltic Sea beach, a beach chair is available free of charge from 01 May to 15 September during the beach chair season.

On your terrace you can enjoy the sun in your own beach chair as well as on the Baltic Sea beach, which is only approx. 200 m away. The promenade can be enjoyed with a leisurely stroll or a sporty bike ride. The center of the sophisticated Timmendorf can also be reached in this way. The idyllic port of Niendorf is only a few minutes' walk away.

1 room with double bed (box spring bed), sitting area and kitchen can accommodate 2 guests. Floor-to-ceiling windows ensure a bright and friendly atmosphere all day long. From here you can also access the terrace. The high-quality bathroom completes the modern apartment.

A large, swiveling flat screen TV with cable connection invites you to relax in the evening. A Bose sound system with Ipod connection and Bluetooth function is also part of the equipment. The apartment has free wireless Internet access.
