The property is located in a lively area, in a residential district, in the town centre, close to the old town. The domicile is also popular due to the view from the property over the panorama and its sunny location. Available for exclusive use are: sunshade, barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture. Summer kitchen with built-in barbecue.

Medulin, district Centar. The holiday home is located on an enclosed property. The landlord lives in the house but uses a separate entrance. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking on the property and a parking space in the village (distance 20 m). 2 free parking spaces on private property near the house.

1st floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed and access to the terrace. Kitchenette in the living/bedroom with dining area, electric stove (ceramic hob, 4 plates), extractor hood, dishwasher, refrigerator (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle and access to the terrace. Bathroom with bathtub with shower facility, washing machine, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window.
2nd floor: Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
Attic: Living room with 2 additional beds on couch/sofa, sitting area, TV, radio, dining area and sea view. Bedroom with 1 double bed.
