The holiday home, built in 1900 and renovated in 2015, is a terraced house, rustic and furnished in the typical local style. The domicile is also popular because of the view from the property of the forests and its quiet and secluded location on the edge of the forest and by the water. Available for shared use are: lawn for sunbathing, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, sandbox, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture.


Location
Buzet, district of Kotli. The holiday home is located on a 5000 sqm large, open, enclosed garden property, waterside property and woodland property with meadow, flowers, shrubs and trees, bounded by a fence and a hedge. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. The entire property belongs to an old Istrian village with a total of 8 stone holiday homes. The complex is suitable for families or for a larger group. The properties IST PAZ 068 (5 people), IST PAZ 069 (4 people), IST PAZ 070 (4 people), IST PAZ 071 (4 people), IST PAZ 072 (5 people), IST PAZ 073 (2 people), IST PAZ 074 (2 people) and IST PAZ 075 (4 people) are located on the same property. It is a place listed under the protection of rural heritage and therefore the entire place is not tarmacked. The River Mirna flows through the village. Its small waterfalls erode the stones and form cauldron-shaped holes in the rock, hence the village name “Kotli” (cauldrons). Access is via a side road (tarmacked, rubble or gravel). Parking on the property and on the street in front of the house.

1st floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed. Bedroom with 1 single bed. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
