The holiday home, built in 1900 and renovated in 2015, is a terraced house furnished in a rustic and typical local style. The domicile is popular due to the view from the property of the mountains and its quiet, sunny, and secluded location at the edge of the forest and by the water. Available for shared use are: sunbathing lawn, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, sandbox, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture. Baby cot available on request.


Location
Buzet, district of Kotli. The holiday house is situated on a 5,000 sqm enclosed garden and waterfront plot with flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedge. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. The entire property belongs to an old Istrian village with a total of 8 stone holiday houses. The complex is suitable for families or a larger group. The properties IST PAZ 068 (5 persons), IST PAZ 069 (4 persons), IST PAZ 070 (4 persons), IST PAZ 071 (4 persons), IST PAZ 072 (5 persons), IST PAZ 073 (2 persons), IST PAZ 074 (2 persons) and IST PAZ 075 (4 persons) are located on the same property. Access is via a side road (paved, gravel or crushed stone). Parking on the property and on the street in front of the house. Gravel road only in the village, as it is under the protection of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Croatia – a cultural monument – and may not be asphalted.

All pools are available for your shared use. Outdoor pool (operational from early May to early October 4.5 m x 8.5 m 1.4 m deep).

The entrance to your holiday home is on the ground floor, is at ground level and leads directly into the open-plan kitchen-living room.
Ground floor: Living/bedroom with 1 extra bed on a couch/sofa, seating area, TV, fireplace, DVD player, dining area (6 seats) and access to the terrace (garden furniture, 1 table, 5 chairs). Kitchenette in the living/bedroom with dining area (6 seats), electric cooker (induction hob, ceramic hob, 4 rings), fridge (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle and access to the terrace. Separate WC with 1 washbasin, WC and window.
1st floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed. Bedroom with 2 single beds. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and hairdryer.
