The detached holiday home, built in 1900 and renovated in 2015, is a terraced house, rustic and furnished in the typical local style. The domicile is popular also because of the view from the property over the woods and its quiet and secluded location at the edge of the forest and by the water. Available for shared use: sunbathing lawn, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, sandbox, garden shower, barbecue facilities, and terrace. Cot available on request.


Location
Buzet, district of Kotli. The holiday home is located on a 5,000 sqm open, enclosed waterside and forest plot with flowers and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedge. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. The entire property belongs to an old Istrian village with a total of 8 stone holiday houses. The complex is suitable for families or a larger group. The properties IST PAZ 068 (5 persons), IST PAZ 069 (4 persons), IST PAZ 070 (4 persons), IST PAZ 071 (4 persons), IST PAZ 072 (5 persons), IST PAZ 073 (2 persons), IST PAZ 074 (2 persons) and IST PAZ 075 (4 persons) are located on the same plot. This is a place listed under the protection of rural heritage, and therefore the entire place is not asphalted. The River Mirna flows through the village. Its small waterfalls deepen the stones and form kettle-shaped holes in the rock, hence the village name “Kotli” (kettles). Access is via a side road (asphalt, rubble or gravel). Separate WC with 1 washbasin and WC.
