Welcome to the cozy apartment "Ostseewind" in the apartment complex Villa Granitz, which is centrally located, but quiet in the beach road, above the northern beach in a garden with mature trees and lawns. In about 200 meters you reach the North Beach, the pier and the amber promenade, which invites you to walk to Baabe and Sellin. The town center with shops, restaurants and cafes are just steps away. For sporting activities, there are nearby offers such as tennis, adventure golf, etc. The condominium offers an ideal starting point for beach and forest walks as well as for bicycle trips.

The cozy 2-room apartment (non-smoking) is located in the 1. Floor of the apartment complex Villa Granitz. The living area is about 45m ², which can be used with 2 -4 people. The apartment has been equipped with a new flooring in wood look as well as new living room furniture. The living area with an open kitchenette is characterized by a high quality sofa bed (Faltbett, dimensions 1.30 mx 2.00 m, extra bed for 3./4. Person) with coffee table, sideboard with LCD TV (40 inches), Blu-Ray player and a stereo rounded. The cozy dining area with 4 chairs adapts to the living area. The kitchenette is equipped with a 4-plate stove, microwave, fridge freezer, sink, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, egg cooker and various kitchen utensils. From the living room you can reach the covered and furnished balcony. The bedroom has a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m, with separate mattresses), a wardrobe, storage space and darkening options. A travel cot can be placed here. The bedroom also offers access to a narrow balcony, where you can enjoy the evening sun with a side sea view. The brightly tiled bathroom with a washbasin, shower, toilet, storage areas, vanity mirror and hairdryer complete the sanitary area. The plank area is provided with a cloakroom. All rooms are equipped with underfloor heating. For our little guests are 1x travel cot with mattress (without bed ticking) and 1x high chair included. Internet access (WLAN) is included for you. Pets are not allowed in the apartment. In the underground car park is an inclusive parking space, which belongs to the apartment. The annex has a washing machine and dryer for an extra charge. A bicycle cellar is at your disposal for your brought or borrowed bicycles. The initial equipment of a linen package (complete bed linen, 1 towel, 2 small towels) you can book up to 14 days before arrival for an additional charge or supplement by your own. For packages booked for 2 or more, you will receive 1 dish towel and 1 shower mat once.

Arrivals are possible from 16:00 to 19:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.
