The light-filled 60 sqm, 3-bedroom apartment (Non smoking) with a large balcony, suitable for 2 - 4 people, is in. 1 OG of a new building (2012) located with only 5 houses situated in a quiet location, 150 m from the beach.  The apartment is equiped with cozy furnishings and impact sound insulated laminate imitation wood and with a floor heating.
