The apartment is on the first Upstairs of the house and has a floor space of 60 sqm, a large south-facing balcony and a separate living room and bedroom. The apartment is designed for 2 to 3 adults and 1 toddler up to 3 years in travel cot. The corridor / entrance hall has a cloakroom and storage cupboard. From here you get into the combined living and dining area with kitchenette. The fully equipped kitchenette has a ceramic hob, oven, extractor hood, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and other various kitchen utensils. The dining table with seating is suitable for 4 persons. From here you can access the balcony through a double door.
