Our 40m ² dreamily beautiful, spacious apartment, located in the upper floor of a thatched family home and only 3.5 km from the Baltic Sea Binz away. Thus, you can enjoy all the amenities of a seaside resort, but rural and spacious living. Not only the large covered balcony (furnished) overlooking our beautiful, self-created Koikarpfenteich, also the well-equipped kitchen and the subsequent living room invites you to relax with us .. Of course, you also have the opportunity to enjoy your barbecues at the pond.
