This modern and lovingly furnished 73 square meter three-room apartment (Non smoking!) has a large living / dining room. This room forms the center of the apartment and invites you to feast, watch TV and linger. The high-quality furnishings have been supplemented with pretty maritime accessories. The separate kitchen offers another dining area for a quick breakfast, a stove with four hotplates incl. Oven and a dishwasher. The apartment includes two balconies - the large 8 sqm offers space to relax with beautiful views of sea and beach, the smaller opens the view to the forest. The separate children's room is equipped with a bunk bed and is often used as a retreat.   Already included in the price is the use of the pool in the partner hotel Admiral. From 01. Dec. to presumably 29. The swimming pool at the Hotel Admiral is closed due to routine maintenance. Since we are partners of the Baltic Sea spa, the golf hotel Balmer See and the Baltic Hills Golf Resort, you will receive a 30% discount on the green fees in the golf clubs and until 31st August 2019 a discount on the regular entrance fees for each visit to the spa in the seaside resort Ahlbeck. From September 2019 you will receive the discount in the Ostsee-Therme with presentation of the spa card of the Kaiserbäder (KaiserbäderCard). On request, a small dog may be brought. With regard to the tenant is specifically asked to refrain from smoking in the apartment. Free Wi-Fi is available during your stay. So you are always up to date or share your holiday pictures with your loved ones at home.    This apartment includes a parking space in the parking garage of the underground car park and an outdoor parking space directly at the object.

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 17:00 and departures from 08:00 to 10:00.
