Built in 1950 and renovated in 2014, the holiday home is a semi-detached house and is furnished in a rustic and functional style. The property is located on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is popular also because of the view from the property of the forests and the quiet location. Available for exclusive use are: sunbathing lawn, sunshade, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture.

Sveti Ivan Dobrinjski. The holiday home is located on a 1000 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn and flowers, bounded by a fence and a hedge. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted, length 10 m). Parking (for 5 cars) on the property.
