The domicile is also popular due to the view from the property into the valley and its quiet location. Available for shared use: sunbathing lawn, barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture.

Malinska, district of Turčići. The holiday flat is located on a 2000 sqm open garden plot with flowers and trees. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. In the same house there are properties KRK MAL 518 (5 persons) and KRK MAL 522 (4 persons). Access is via a side road (asphalted, gravel or crushed stone, length 50 m). Parking (for 3 cars) on the property.

and leads up 20 steps and an external staircase directly into the hallway with doors to all rooms. Living room (20 sq m) with 1 extra bed on a couch/sofa, seating area, TV and access to the balcony (covered, garden furniture, shared with the eat-in kitchen). Bedroom (10 sq m, unheated) with 1 double bed, 1 single bed and TV. Kitchenette in the living room (unheated) with gas hob (2 burners), electric hob (2 plates), oven, refrigerator (300 l, freezer compartment), coffee machine, electric kettle and access to the balcony. Bathroom (5 sq m, unheated) with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
