The domicile is also popular because of the view from the property into the valley and the sunny location. Available for exclusive use are: sunbathing lawn, sun umbrella, barbecue facilities, and garden furniture.

Malinska. The holiday apartment is located on an enclosed garden plot of 800 sqm with flowers and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedge. The landlord only lives in the house part-time but uses a separate entrance. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted, length 10 m). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.

Kitchenette in the living room (6 sqm) with gas hob (2 burners), electric hob (2 plates), oven, fridge (300 l, freezer compartment) and coffee machine. Bathroom (5 sqm, unheated) with bathtub, 1 washbasin, WC and window. Separate WC (3 sqm, unheated) with 1 washbasin and WC.
