Ideal location to combine relaxing beach and cultural city trips to Barcelona (= Beach & City). After an eventful day, you can expect a friendly and air-conditioned apartment (AC in the living room and the main bedroom). Relax before you plunge into the famous nightlife of Barcelona.
'MONTGAT', originally a fishing village, is a town at the gates of Barcelona's and very quiet. Stroll on the beach or at the park promenade that is within easy walking distance. To the local train station its only a 7-minutes-walk !
Distances: 10 km to the 'Plaza de Glorias' and 12 km to the Cathedral 'La Sagrada Familia'.
Directly on the apartment you will find all sorts of shops, bars, restaurants, bakery, supermarket, hairdresser shop, children's playground, basketball court.
Tennis and paddle courts within a 10-minutes-walk.

- No party and no loud noise on the balcony !
- No music nor any noise from 10PM to 8AM !
- Respect the night rest of the neighbors !
- Smoking allowed only on the balcony.

Youth groups looking for doing party are not welcome.
