Due to a slight slope, the terrace offers a unique landscape view and you live in peace and without direct neighbors. Nevertheless, the cozy town of Santanyi with its many shops and restaurants is only 1000 m away.
It is newly built in a rustic, Mallorcan style and has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (2x en suite), 1 spacious kitchen, 2 living rooms and several terraces at the house and pool (approx. 50 m2) and a large barbecue area (bricked) with sitting area.
It is ecologically compatible, the water supply comes from a private well with excellent water quality, underfloor heating / hot water via a large solar system. It has free internet (WiFi).
The pretty natural bays and beaches S'Amarador / Mondrago are 10 minutes away, the bays Cala Santanyi and Es Llombards 5-10 minutes, the kilometer-long dream beach Es Trenc 20 minutes. Cala Figuera with its pretty fishing port is 5 km away.
