The approximately 85m² large apartment is located on the mezzanine floor and consists of 2 bedrooms, a living and dining room, a bathroom with a shower and a kitchen. About the entrance hall can be used another small guest toilet with washing machine.

The entrance hall with small cloakroom leads directly into the kitchen. This is a high standard with a spacious fridge / freezer, dishwasher, electric stove with oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, egg cooker, toaster and of course, cutlery, crockery, glasses, pots, pans and all other necessary kitchen utensils.

Attached to the kitchen is the bathroom including toilet and almost walk-in shower.
A small hallway leads to the master bedroom or the living-dining room. The couch invites to cozy relaxation either watching TV / DVD / BlueRay / radio, to read or simply legs dangling a blank. In the cabinet there are several books in which love can be geschmökert.
