Apartment

The house is located in a quiet side street, which is only used by 2 residents. Actually, it is a bike trail that leads past the property. From here you can cycle tours (bike rental in 5 minutes) through the Lindenallee along the Molli route to Bad Doberan or Kühlungsborn be undertaken. The beach is within walking distance in about 8 minutes through the forest.

The house was completed in spring 2010 and is thus completely refurbished.

The rooms are kept in a simple timeless style. Due to the half-timbered construction and the skylights many windows were installed, so that the apartment is very bright.

The kitchen is a modern fitted kitchen with ceramic hob, convection oven and dishwasher. Coffee maker, kettle and toaster are also available.

The bedrooms are each furnished for two persons. There is one bedroom with a double bed, the other with two single beds.

The bathroom is functional modern, bright and equipped with a shower, toilet and sink.
