The domicile is also popular because of the view from the property into the valley and its quiet and sunny location. Available for shared use are: sunbathing lawn, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture.

Tremosine. The holiday house is situated on an enclosed garden property with lawn and flowers, bounded by a fence. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. Access is via a side road (gravel or crushed stone). Parking (for 7 cars) in a carport and on the property.

Kitchenette (walk-through room) with TV, dining area (6 places), gas hob (4 rings), oven, extractor hood, refrigerator (freezer compartment), coffee machine, toaster and access to the balcony. Separate WC with 1 washbasin and WC.
2nd floor: Bedroom with 2 single beds. Bathroom with shower fitting, shower, 1 washbasin, WC and bidet.
